Today was a tolerable day of sorts, but it was long nevertheless. We are still having issues with software & although we are making head way...we are still stuck in a time warp variating things. The company that is doing our maintenance offsite has decided that they are going to do a "re-training" with some new modules comprised just for us.
It remains to be seen.....*sigh*
My poor boss is about to lose her mind & she's taking several hostages with her (LOL). I love my boss & will do ANYTHING to please her. She does not behead you when you make a mistake & will fight until the end for her staff. But this outside agency is forcing everyone to reach for the aspirin bottle a little too often. And the people on the other side says "We deal with a lot of medical facilities, but you guys are VERY different than any client we have". I'm trying to see the compliment, but somehow they aren't too keen or quick to answer when we call (LOL).
Tonight will be an early night simply because it's been a long week already & it's just mid-week.
